GF, yeast free Breads from Anna

This is a wonderful, moist, flavorful bread mix. It rises well and looks/tastes like a "conventional" loaf of whole grain bread. I have to bake not only GF and yeast-free, but also egg-free. Tried egg-replacer but was not pleased with result. Am now using duck eggs as they have a different protein than chicken eggs; works beautifully and my son can tolerate it.
Would like to be able to make this bread in a bread maker but have not had success...works much better in oven for me. Would love your tips on this :)
