This is the BEST gluten-free cake mix we have used. We served this to my husband's family, didn't tell them it was gluten-free, and they all raved that it was the best chocolate cake they had in a long time!!! This mix doesn't have the grainy, chalky texture that some mixes have. It was moist, rich and chocolatey.
