Whey (Dehydrated), Garlic (Dehydrated), Salt, Parsley (Dehydrated), Red Peppers (Dehydrated), Black Pepper, Jalapenos (Dehydrated), Spices.

Directions
1. Cook the pasta al dente (slightly undercooked). Rinse with cold water and set aside. Cook sausage if required. 2. Heat olive oil (or water for fat free option) in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add vegetables and cooked sausage (or no sausage for fat free option) if desired, and saut? for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add two cups cooked pasta and toss until well coated. 5. Slowly sprinkle contents of package while stirring constantly. Add Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately. If pasta becomes sticky, add a little water. Serves 2.
