Directions
1. Cook the pasta al dente (slightly undercooked). Rinse with cold water and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil (or water for fat free option) in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add two cups cooked pasta and toss until well coated and heated. 4. Slowly sprinkle contents of package over pasta while stirring constantly. Add Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately. If pasta becomes sticky, add a little water. Serves 2.
