stellaLucy Purchase and Return Policy
Foods:
For the safety of all stellaLucy customers we do not re-sell any returned food items. Therefore, all sales at stellaLucy.com are final.
Even though we make every effort to pack carefully, crackers, cookies and ice cream cones may break during shipping. No refunds are given for broken crackers, cookies or ice cream cones.
We may accept pre-authorized returns for the following reasons only:
- The item's expiration date lapsed by the time it was received;

The item has spoiled or is otherwise defective.
Non-Foods:
Non-food items can be returned for a refund within 5 days of receipt with prior authorization. Once we receive the product in new, re-sellable condition we will credit your card for the product amount--the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
Ingredients for all foods sold at stellaLucy.com are posted on each product's page, and it is your responsibility to read and understand them. Select only those items that are safe for your specific diet. The gluten-free status and/or any other claim regarding the ingredients of any product sold at stellaLucy.com are made solely by the manufacturer. We have made every effort to be accurate; however, we cannot be held responsible for individual reactions to any products. In addition, while products do not contain gluten ingredients, many are processed on shared equipment that processes gluten ingredients. We have not investigated sources of cross contamination.
