Most orders will ship on the next business day. You will be notified via email with the UPS tracking number.

Frozen Foods: Frozen orders are shipped out on Monday and Tuesday only. Orders placed Saturday through Tuesday are shipped the following week. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day your order ships and it is your responsibility to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Non-frozen items cannot be shipped with frozen items. Frozen items cannot be shipped outside the USA, or to Hawaii or Alaska.

International (Non-USA), Hawaii and Alaska Orders: Your order will ship on the THURSDAY following the date of your order.  All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees, and your government may collect such fees from you upon delivery--should you refuse to pay these fees you will not get your order but will still have to pay for it--we will not process a refund if you refuse delivery of your package.
