Love This Bread

Finding Udi's Whole Grain Bread opened up a world of delicious bread-based meal opportunities. It is light, not terribly crumbly and toasts beautifully. Until discovering Udi's we had used other breads that were either very heavy or very crumbly and none were very enticing to us. Udi's Whole grain also provides a whole grain alternative while most gluten free products we'd used in the past were made with white rice, tapioca, or potato flour.
